There still are inconsistencies noted in the ditch/channel specifications submitted with this most recent package. Some of the problems noted are described below: - Structure #11 is not defined in the 10-YR event SEDCAD run (page 32) yet it is included on page 53 Structure Summary submitted with this recent package. Further, the DRMS was previously instructed to remove the as-constructed 10- YR event demonstration which contained a description of Structure #11 as Ditch M. - The revised Structure Summary page 33 is confusing because it shows peak discharges apparently from the as-constructed SEDCAD demonstrations which as previously mentioned DRMS has been instructed to remove with the October 2007 submittal. It is unclear why this information is shown here and which Subwatershed Hydrology Detail supports the peak discharge and runoff information shown on revised page 33. - The revised Structure Summary (page 53) and revised Subwatershed Hydrology Detail (page 57) does not match the information contained in the 100- YR event SEDCAD demonstration for Structure Detail beginning on page 54 of the existing permit application. The Subwatershed Hydrology Detail for the 100- YR event was revised with the December submittal but the Structure Detail was not changed with either the October or December revisions for the 100-YR event. The design discharges shown in the Structure Detail beginning on page 54 of the permit application package does not match the revised information submitted in December for Ditches D, I, J, and CMP2. In summary, the presentation is confusing and appears to contain conflicting information. Please thoroughly check the SEDCAD demonstrations and all summary tables and make changes as needed to ensure a consistent and accurate presentation of the ditch and sediment pond design and as-constructed information presented in Appendix M(vii). Please re-submit the entire Appendix M(vii) as one single package which includes the existing information contained in
