<br />Safety for its Munger Canyon
<br />Mine and Loma Loadout, mining
<br />and Reclamation Permit no.
<br />C-1981.020. The proposed revl-
<br />sion will Incorporate figures that
<br />show as-built reclamation con.
<br />tours and cross sections into the
<br />permit. The Munger Canyon
<br />Mine Is located approximately 18
<br />miles north of Loma, CO along
<br />State Highway 139. East Salt
<br />Creek is located on western
<br />portion of the permit boundary.
<br />Moat otthe surface of the per-
<br />mit area Is owned by the United
<br />Slates. The permit area Is en-
<br />compassed within portions of
<br />Sections 27, 28 and 29 of Town-
<br />ship 7 South, Range 102 West,
<br />6th P.M. and Sections 2, 3 and 4
<br />of Township 8 South, Range 102
<br />West, 6th P.M. A portion of the
<br />permit area In section 29 is
<br />owned by S11 Enterprises. The
<br />Loma Loadout is approximately
<br />one-half mile east of Loma,
<br />Colorado. The surface of the
<br />permit area is owned by the
<br />Union Pacific Railroad. The
<br />permit area is encompassed
<br />within portions 0f the SW1/4
<br />SW1/4 of Section 34 Township 2
<br />North, Range 3 West, Ule Me.
<br />ridian and Portions of the NE114
<br />NW114 of Section 3 Township 1
<br />North, Range 3 West, Ute Me-
<br />ridian. The mine site sections
<br />are contained within the U.S.
<br />Geological Survey 7.5 minute
<br />Howard Canyon and Garvey
<br />Canyon Quadrangle maps. The
<br />Loadout sections are contained
<br />within the U.S. Geological Sur-
<br />vey 7.5 minute Mack Quad-
<br />rangle Map. A copy of the tech-
<br />nical revision application Is.

<br />Recorder's office, 544 Rood,
<br />Grand Junction, CO. A copy of
<br />the approved permit application
<br />document, as well as the technl-
<br />cat revision applications, are

<br />fifty-two consecutive weeks next prior to the first publication
