Northwest Aggregates Inc. <br />"WAND Pit" <br />Exhibit "C" <br />Mining Plan <br />A) Mining operations will consist of 6" -12" of topsoil to be removed and stockpiled <br />2' - 4' of overburden to be removed and used in reclamation of slopes gravel to <br />be mined and processed on site. <br />B) 2 feet - 6 feet of overburden/topsoil will be removed to expose gravel deposit. <br />C) Water will be discharged from mine under discharge permit #TBD with the <br />Yampa river being the receiving waters. <br />D) 9.99 acres <br />E) 9.99 acres phase I, to begin summer spring 2010 and run until 2035 or until gravel <br />deposits are depleted . <br />F) i 15 feet of pit run gravel to be mined at site. <br />ii Shale is at the bottom of the gravel seam. <br />G) Primary commodity is river rock gravel to be used in construction materials. <br />Secondary commodity to be fill sand. <br />H) Pit run to be used in production of construction materials.
