Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has finished its adequacy review of <br />the 2009 Annual Reclamation Report, submitted by the Bear Coal Company for the Bear No. 3 <br />Mine. The report was complete and met all of the requirements of Rule 2.04.13. The Division has <br />no adequacy review questions. <br />However, the report form used by BCC is an out of date form since the Colorado Division of <br />Minerals and Geology is listed at the top of the form.
