On revised Map 2.03.4-1 - Surface Ownership and Leases, the permit boundary for the <br />NH 1 mine "the Rice tact" is no longer shown, and no bar scale has been provided. The <br />names of certain landowners are written in green and purple, but there is no explanation <br />given for this distinction. Please review and revise this map as necessary. <br />64. On revised Map 2.03.4-1 - Oil, Gas and Coal Ownership and Leases, no bar scale or <br />north arrow has been provided. Please revise this map accordingly. <br />65. On revised Map 2.04.3 - Pre-Mine Land Use, it would be very helpful to have the parcel <br />boundaries shown. This map is also lacking a bar scale. Please revise this map to <br />incorporate the various parcel boundaries and a bar scale. <br />66. On new Map 2.04.3-3 - Pre-Mine Land Use (1973 Photo), Note 3 does not make sense. <br />Perhaps estimated land use from 1973 rather than 1993 is intended? Please review and <br />revise or clarify as appropriate. <br />67. On revised Map 2.04.9-1 - Soil Baseline Map, it would be very helpful to have the parcel <br />boundaries shown. Please add the various parcel boundaries to this map. <br />68. On Map 2.05.2-1- Estimated Area for Life of Mine, outdated ownership information is <br />shown for what is now the Benson parcel west of 2700 Road (Reeder and Garrett), <br />Benson's first initial for that parcel is given as "N", and Richards owns "D", which <br />should probably be "S". The coal ownership for the Richards parcel is not given. Please <br />review and revise as appropriate, and also add Township and Range identifiers to <br />this map. <br />69. Revised Map 2.05.3(3)-1 - Surface Water Hydrology and 2.05.3(3)-1-2 Post Mine <br />Surface Water Hydrology do not have bar scales. Please add bar scales to these two <br />maps. <br />70. Revised Map 2.05.3(3)-3 - Utility Relocation has been modified to include several <br />numerical identifiers (1 through 6). No supplemental information has been provided to <br />explain the meaning of these numbers. Please provide a key to this map explaining the <br />various numbered items. <br />71. On revised Map 2.05.3(3)-8 - Mine Roads, the Plan View stationing for 5"' Street, BB <br />West Haul Road, Southwest Haul Road and NE Perimeter Haul Road has been removed. <br />Please restore the stationing for the haul roads (500' increments would be sufficient) <br />in the plan view and insert a bar scale.
