ELECTROFRACTM TEST SITE <br />Figure 2 shows the physical layout of the Colony Mine Bench site. Two mine tunnels, the North <br />Drift and South Drift, enter the Mahogany zone horizontally from the Mine Bench. Both drifts <br />penetrate approximately 225 feet into the Mahogany face and are connected by a Crosscut tunnel <br />that continues north until it intersects the Inclined Shaft (labeled "Incline" and "Decline" on <br />Figure 2). The tunnels in the mine are each approximately 22 ft wide and 12 to 14 ft high. To <br />facilitate work, ExxonMobil has installed overhead lighting, ventilation, and compressed-air and <br />water piping.
