385472 11-19-2009 09:08 Aft Pose 2 of 2 <br />A motion was made by Commissioner King and seconded by Commissioner Cain to <br />have Chairman Bobian sign the Public Trustee 3rd Quarter report, ending 09-30-09. <br />Motion passed by unanimous report. <br />Shirley Tobin and Phillip Marshall with the Youth Leadership Team met with the Board. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner King and seconded by Commissioner Cain to <br />sign a Proclamation declaring November as Runaway Homeless Youth Month. <br />Motion passed by unanimous vote. <br />Ricardo Bobian met with the Board to request a rental fee waiver for the La Plaza de los <br />Leones Youth fundraiser to be held at the Huerfano Community Center. <br />A motion was made Commissioner King and seconded by Commissioner Cain to <br />waive the rental fee but not the damage deposit for the use of the Huerfano <br />Community Center on behalf of the Plaza de los Leones Youth fundraiser. <br />Chairman abstained since he is an officer in the Plaza de los Leones. <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:55 a.m. <br />P?VYV as y-?Nf Ry' <br />a <br />Judy lffnihe Cour* Clerk and Recorder <br />Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners , 1,%. 1- <br /> <br />
