Division. of Reclamation, Mining, and safety
131.3 Sherman Street Room 2115
Denver, Co. 80203
January 5, 2010
Re: Permit Revision #5, WFC tnvjng to rut our firm lands into dry land pasture
To Whom It May Concern-
We are ob ecting to the Permit -Revision. We do not understand how; this could even be
possible. We have a very dependable water supply here and all of these daces mentioned in the
Permit-Revi.sion(7ohnsons, Bensons, Lloyds, Morgans, Martins) were all very nice farms and
were well taken care of and used for either haying. grazing, crops, or for all three purposes. We
do not understand why W C r •ould even try avid put these farms lack to dryland. The Mining
industry is suppose to put all of these properties back better than they were. So, how can they
even be allowed to try and put therm back worse? All of use properties were irrigated before the
mine entered them and they were all nice farms, so we acs n?uesting that they be put back like
they were. Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
r
A,

V 1,--{.+s `k- 73
'Cr

.: - 7
?a,
