Deadline prior <br />9/30/2010. This is noted. Lafarge respectfully requests further discussion with the <br />Division regarding the existence of the Russian Olives prior to mining and referenced in <br />the Mining Permit application. <br />Item 2: Survey in and place permit boundary markers. Intermill Land Surveying created <br />the enclosed map illustrating permit boundary. The enclosed invoice provides evidence <br />the boundary markers were placed. <br />Item 3: Technical Revision to account for all activities/items in permitted area that are not <br />currently in the approved reclamation plan.
