2010, at the La Quinta Inn at the address given above. <br />An application for coal lease was filed by New Elk Coal Company, LLC. requesting the Bureau <br />i <br />of Land Management offer for competitive lease Federal coal in the lands outside established coal <br />production regions described as: <br />T. 33 S., R. 67 W., 6th P.M. <br />sec.6, lots 2 to 7, inclusive, and E1/2SW1/4; <br />- sec.7, lot 2; <br />sec. 17, E1/2NE1/4, NE1/4SE1/4;. <br />sec. 18, lots 2 to 4, inclusive, and E1/2SW1/4; <br />sec. 19, lot 1, inclusive, and NE 1 /4NW 1 /4, NW 1/4NE 1/4; <br />T. 33 S., R. 68 W., 6th P.M. <br />sec. 1, lots 1 & 2, inclusive,'S 1/2NE 1/4, E1/2SE1/4; <br />sec. 12, E1/2NE1/4; <br />see. 13, NE1A, NE1ASE1/4. <br />Containing approximately 1,279.62 acres more or less. <br />The coal resource to be offered is limited to coal recoverable by underground mining methods. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to obtain public comments on the environmental assessment and on <br />Elie following items: - - --- - ? _ ?_- - - -. _ _ - <br />1.
