Cattany
Division Director
Natural Resource Trustee
I have completed my AVS Completeness Check using Section 2.03 of the permit approved 1/09 and
AVS. There are some discrepancies between Section 2.03 of the permit and AVS for Tri-State
Generation & Transmission Association. Here is my comment:
1) The Division has done an AVS Check and Evaluation and received an Issue for this Permit
Revision. Since there are differences between Section 2.03.4 (revised 11/08) of the permit
and AVS for Tri-State Generation & Transmission Association, please update Section 2.03.4
to reflect the current officers and directors for Western Fuels-Colorado, LLC and Tri-State
Generation & Transmission Association.
Thanks
NewH ozion PR6Memo.docx
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
