Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety has received Lewicki and Associates responses to staff <br />review of the above referenced application. Staff received verbal acceptance from Elam of acceptance <br />of the reclamation liability estimate. It appears that all issues have been addressed to meet the <br />minimum requirements of the Act and Rules. Therefore staff is pleased to inform Elam Construction <br />and Lewicki and Associates that the permit application is approved. <br />Staff has calculated the reclamation liability to be $88,975.00. Please submit the bonding and <br />performance warranty documentation to Elizabeth Merry in the DRMS Denver Office. If there are any <br />questions regarding those documents please contact Elizabeth at 303-866-3567, Ext. 8148.
