The Developed Water Resources Area and associated <br />underground mine workings are not currently eligible to be considered for bond release due to <br />water quality issues. <br />BLM attended a follow-up bond release inspection on June 17, 2009. If the surface owners are <br />satisfied with the work completed, then the BLM has no objection to the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation Mining and Safety (DRMS) "Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance" <br />dated December 22, 2009. <br />If you have any questions please contact Jeffery O'Connell at (970) 876-9071. <br />Sincerely, <br />Karl R.
