The indicated due date for a revised EPP or extension request is January 19, 2010.
Whetstone Associates is currently in the process of revising the EPP, per your requirements. As
part of that revision, Cotter Corporation is considering potential groundwater mitigation
strategies. As your letter acknowledged, the scope of EPP modifications are substantial and
require additional data compilation, engineering, cost estimating, and consideration. We would
appreciate DRMS granting an additional 90 days for the preparation and submission of the
revised EPP.
Sincerely,
Whetstone Associates, Inc.
4
Susan A.
