Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Enclosed is the Division's 2010 Midterm Review Findings Document for the Bear No. 3 Mine. The <br />midterm permit review is required by Rule 2.08.3(1) for every active permit and is to be conducted in the <br />middle of the five year permit term. <br />The purpose of the midterm permit review is to conduct a review of the permit application and identify any <br />areas that need to be revised to bring the permit application into compliance. <br />This findings document is divided into six sections. Section I details the history of the mine. Section II <br />summarizes the permitting actions since the last permit renewal. Section III summarizes the status of any <br />active permit stipulations, while Section N lists the Division's adequacy review questions or comments for <br />this midterm permit review.
