prove to anyone how many shares will irrigate what. This information was already accepted
before WFC entered that piece of property. When WFC asked us how many shares it took to
irrgated the Sunshine and what they are mining, we told them 50 shares. They knew we were t
getting large productions and they accepted that and guaranteed it would be put back like it was.
It does not matter whether they think this is true, now. This WAS a very productive PRIME
FARMLAND AND HAS BEEN NOTED AS SUCH AND DOCUMENTED AS SUCH. It does
not matter what DRMS or NRCS , or WFC, thinks it should have to irrigate it. It was being
completely irrigated and in very NIC E CROPLAND before they entered it and it has to be
returned in a PRODUCTIVE capacity like it was!!!!! We are not asking them to change
anything, not to CHANGE anything, just put it back as good as or better thanit was which is what
tha MIlrIIING industry is doing over the entire country. It is DRMS' job to see that they do just
tht.
There does not have to be the farmer having to sue to get it done. This has always been a 1
falsehood. It is a DRMS law and is suppose to be enforced by DBMS.
I will continue my research and continue sending proof
Thank You,
7oElien Turner
December 10, 2009
We have one other question. Why can't WFC just return the soil over entire property in the
depths promised in the farmable condition that their equipment is able to do and we just sign off
on it and have them get off our property and we'll disk, level. Rock pick, cultipack, seed,
fertilize, irrigate, and farm like it was and we'll do everything ourselves and sign off completely
for them to have no responsibilities or liabilities and we'll do it??????????
