("Denison") received your letter regarding the Topaz Mine, Permit M-1980-055 <br />HR, Amendment AM-1 technical adequacy comments and questions regarding the Environmental Protection <br />Plan (EPP) dated August 28, 2009. Your letter indicated that the decision date for the Division's initial <br />completeness finding was reset for November 2, 2009.
