("Denison") received your letter regarding the Sunday Mine, Permit M-1977-285, <br />Amendment AM-3 technical adequacy comments and questions regarding the Environmental Protection Plan <br />(EPP) dated August 28, 2009. Your letter indicated that the decision date for the Division's initial completeness <br />finding was reset for November 2, 2009.
