Response to DRMS Comments <br />Environmental Protection Plan, <br />Denison Sunday Mines Group <br />September 2, 2009. The amendment has been found complex and this <br />office has extended the decision date by 60 days, to be reset to <br />November 2, 2009. The issues identified in this adequacy review letter <br />must be adequately addressed for this office to consider approving this <br />application. The operator is reminded that all outstanding adequacy <br />issues must be addressed by the close of business on the new decision <br />date. <br />Response Concur.
