<br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) has

<br />was disturbed for surface operations and subsequently reclaimed.
<br />The TBM coal mine was originally permitted by Trinidad Basin Mini g,
<br />Inc., approved by the Division in 1982. The projected life of them e
<br />was five years based on an annual production of 240,000 tons per yea .
<br />Due to a pattern of violations that occurred i late 1983 and
<br />end a the TBMy 19 minin the Mined Land Reclamation Board t eLRB) s slaox of the cessation of min-
<br />permit. The Division was notified by
<br />ing operations in November 1985 and the operator initiated reclamation of violations operations. Following a another 993 sthe permit wash permanently bre-
