After physically reviewing the file record for Site 5CC1745 and consulting with Ms. Devanaussi
the following was determined:
• The site is well outside our proposed Affected Area Boundary.
• It is well outside our Property Ownership Boundary.
• It is located on Colorado School of Mines property.
• The site is an open mine adit, with no structures or infrastructure remnants present.
• It is located approximately 1,400' distant, bearing approximately SE from the intersection of the existing
road and our Property Ownership Boundary line nearest the Storm Water Sedimentation Pond and Down-
gradient Monitoring Well shown on maps in Exhibit A & E.
• The elevation of the site is at approximately 8,350', which is +/- 30' above the benchmark elevation of our
Tailings Impoundment Concrete Leachate Collection Barger.
• The site is not currently eligible for the National Register of Historic Places.
I am bound by the CHS' Dissemination oflnformation Access to Site Files: Policy/Procedures and cannot divulge
the exact location of this site or any other specifics.
This should be sufficient information to determine that our proposed operation poses no threat to this site. Venture
Resources will remain cognizant of this site as we move forward inorder to avoid adversely effecting it; however the
chance of that is very minimal.
