The inspections were conducted during late December 2009. Sites flowing <br />during the inspections included 84 Pond D, and Pond G. No other sites were flowing. <br />This information is submitted in compliance with Twentymile Coal Company Permit <br />C-82-056 and Rule 4.05.6(13).
