(Summit Brick) under <br />the provisions of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of October 21, 1976, for an access road across public lead <br />in Fremont County, Colorado. On November 1, 2005 Summit Brick made application to amend their existing <br />U authorization in response to a request made by the BLM for an exchange of access. TIN BLM's goal was to acquire legal <br />access to an isolated parcel of public land. In the proposal the BUM would acquire an easement across private land <br />owned by Summit Brick in sections 30 and 31 of Township 17 South and Range 68 West, 0 Principal Meridian (COG <br />69295PT) and Summit Bride would be granted a reciprocal easement across public leads in section 30 of Township 17 <br />South and Range 68 West, 6m Principal Meridian (COC-69295FD). In addition, BUM also agreed to waive the renal, fbr <br />the life of the grant, on right-of-way COC61252. <br />Therefore, for and in consideration of the grant of easement COC-69295PT, the rental on Summit Pressed Brick and Tile, <br />Co right-of-way COC61252 is hereby waived to perpet W. <br />Within 30 days of receipt of this decision, you have the right to appeal to the Board of Land Appeals, Office of the <br />Secrotary?, in accordance with the regulations at 43 CFR 4.400 Appeal and stay procedures are outlined in CO-050-1840- <br />191 (enclosed). <br />Sincerely <br />c`? ?
