OTHER PERMITS AND LICENSES REQUIRED EXHIBIT M <br />The following permits are needed for the site: <br />1) County Special Use - A Moffat County permit will be acquired prior to any disturbance on <br />site. As per county regulations, all permits will be in place prior to the submittal of the county <br />special use permit. <br />2) NPDES combined process water/storm water discharge permit - An NPDES permit will be <br />needed for the discharge from the sediment pond. <br />3) Air Emissions - An APEN will be acquired for this site to cover dust related to activities. <br />4) Gravel Well Permit - A gravel well permit will be needed for this site as groundwater will be <br />exposed. <br />5) U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - No USACOE permit is needed since all wetlands will be <br />avoided. The verification of the wetlands delineation is attached to this section. <br />6) A Stormwater Management Plan and SPCC plan are needed since the site will discharge for <br />the 100 year 24 hour runoff <br />As stated above, all appropriate permits for the gravel mining operation of the Gehrman Pit will <br />be in applied for or in place prior to the application of the Moffat County Special Use Permit. <br />Gehrman Pit October 09 M-1
