S. Highway 40, near Craig, in <br />Moffat County, Colorado. <br />Dear Mr. Wagner, <br />Colorado Air Pollution Control Division (the Division) has reviewed your above application and Air <br />Pollutant Emission Notice (APEN). <br />It is determined that the above source is one of the listed sources that is specifically exempt from permit <br />requirements (per Regulation No. 3, Part B, II. D. 1. g. However, filing of an APEN is required as the <br />emissions exceed the APEN thresholds. <br />This exemption from permit requirements is issued in reliance upon the accuracy and completeness of <br />information supplied by the applicant, and is conditioned upon construction, installation, and operation <br />in accordance with this information and with representations made by the applicant or applicant's <br />agents.
