Hwy. 40 Craig, CO 81625 <br />Phone & Fax (970) 824-2709 <br />WagnerCorpColo@aol.com <br />08-11-09 <br />Amendment to Conditional Use Permit # C-08-01 <br />As requested by the Board of Moffat County Commissioners, this <br />amendment is offered to detail the use of the above requested permit <br />relative only to parcel # 1, more accurately described as that North-west <br />portion of parcel #I bordered by Highway 40 to the North, PML on the West <br />and Union Pacific to the South and as noted on exhibit A as a 8 acre site <br />with the notation of BM6183. <br />The proposed use of this parcel is for the Commercial, Light and Heavy <br />Industrial use by its occupant as described in section 455 "L-I and 460 "H- <br />I" and includes our current business practice of the sale and rental of heavy <br />equipment and various motor vehicles, the storage of and continued <br />operation of a heavy industrial construction company, the manufacture of <br />heavy industrial and civil assemblies and the usual day-to-day operations of <br />the Wagner Corporation. <br />This amendment is intended to limit the use of this parcel from the <br />extraction of gravel materials, salvage and recycle yard and refinery. <br />A retraction of 66 acres from parcel # l from the original permit request and <br />shall be amended to a total of 8 acres as described above for parcel #I and <br />the 8.2 acres in parcel #2. <br />This amendment is submitted and offered by Jay L. Wagner, president of <br />Wagner Ranches LLC.
