Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety
1313 Sherman Street Room 215
Denver, CO. 80203
January 5, 2010
Re: Permit Revision #6, WFC trying to put our farm lands into dry land pasture
To Whom It May Concern:
We are objecting to the Permit-Revision. We do not understand how this could even be
possible. We have a very dependable water supply here and all of these places mentioned in the
Permit-Revision(Johnsons, Bensons, Lloyds, Morgans, Martins) were all very nice farms and
were well taken care of and used for either haying, grazing, crops, or for all three purposes. We
do not understand why WFC would even try and put these farms back to dryland. The Mining
industry is suppose to put all of these properties back better than they were. So, how can they
even be allowed to try and put them back worse? All of ise properties were irrigated before the
mine entered them and they were all nice farms, so we are requesting that they be put back like
they were. Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
60 734ZZ-'
(ci -1 Z)
ti
NO -( .5 7'3
yam.. ' ;;? ? ?' ? ? 2 Z
7
-2 iq w 5 s+
t
/V U I c?.
