Thank you for your timely submittal of this report. All of the hydrologic <br />monitoring at the mine site has been terminated and the Colorado Discharge Permit for <br />the site has been inactive since 30 September 2004. Based on the above information, the <br />division does not have any questions or comments regarding the report.
