The performance standard for cover in the hypothetical sampling year would thus have been 38.0
percent (42.2 x 0.9). The reclaimed area number to be compared to this would be the "all-hit" total
herbaceous cover number.
Revegetation success for cover in the reclaimed portions of Dry Creek will be evaluated by
comparing the premining baseline vegetation cover value for the Dry Creek mesic drainage type
