05 January 2010 <br />Pg. 2 <br />Rule 6.4.19, Exhibit S - Permanent Man-Made Structures <br />Please provide a map showing any new man-made structures in the vicinity now that were not <br />present at the time of the original application 12 Dec 2002, or provide a statement that there are <br />no new man-made structures. <br />Rule 6.5, Geotechnical Stability Exhibit <br />As recommended in the report by Ground Engineering Consultants, Inc. Applicant must commit <br />to having a qualified geotechnical engineer on site during earthwork and installation of the clay <br />liner to observe the operations. <br />Rule 1.6.2.1(1)(b), Public Comment <br />Enclosed are copies of the three letters of comment received by the Division pertaining to the <br />Amendment Application. Although none of the letters constitutes an objection, the Applicant is <br />advised to heed the recommendations in the letters. <br />'Please be advised that the Amendment Application for file M-2001-085 may be deemed <br />inadequate, and the application may be denied on 02 February 2010 unless the aforementioned <br />items are addressed to the satisfaction of the Division. If more time is needed to complete your <br />reply, the Division can grant an extension to the decision date.
