Adams County Parks is now the permitted operator of the <br />Nyholt Pit (aka Mann), and as such, is responsible for all provisions in M-1982-147, as well as those specified in the <br />Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed are the following bond and the Performance Warranty you originally provided. <br />Bond Type <br />Safeco Corporate Surety <br />Bond Number <br />6109395 <br />Bond Amount <br />$730,400.00 <br />This has been released as of December 17, 2009 Division approval for the succession of operators.
