of 112c Construction Materials Reclamation Permit
On December 16, 2009, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received the Moores Mining, LLC application
for a conversion from a 110c to a 112c Construction Materials Permit application package for the Moores Pit, Permit No.
M- 1980 -178. As of today December 21, 2009, the application has met the requirements of completeness for staff review.
The decision date for this application is set for 90 days from the date of this letter which is March 22, 2010.
According to rule 1.6.2(1)(d) within ten (10) days after the office notifies the Applicant that the application is considered
filed, publish a public notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of the proposed mining operation.
