Each item has been <br />addressed specifically below, and in the text of the permit itself. The modified exhibit <br />pages can be found attached, along with a set of pages showing the changes. <br />Exhibit A <br />1. The permit discrepancy has been corrected. The total permit area is 45.2 acres, <br />with 38.1 acres of total disturbance. <br />2. The legal description has been corrected. <br />3. The mine entrance has been delineated in latitude - longitude. <br />Exhibit C <br />4. The C -1 and C -2 maps have been modified to provide better clarity of the <br />boundaries. Some boundaries are now only present on one map. <br />5. The disturbance boundary has been delineated on Map C -2. <br />6. The structures and power line have been labeled on the map, with explanations of <br />ownership in Exhibit S. <br />7. North arrow is on maps now. <br />8. Topsoil will be stored in the isolation berm and overburden in a small stockpile in <br />the pit. Only the initial overburden will need to be stored, as further overburden <br />will be used to reclaim the site as mining progresses. <br />9. Processing facilities will be placed in the pit area. <br />Exhibit D & E <br />Items 10 through 19 are addressed with appropriate changes in the Mining and <br />Reclamation Plans. Please see the attached updates. <br />Exhibit F <br />20. The permit boundary is much more visible on all maps. WCNWD <br />21. A north arrow has been added to Map F.
