Since WFC made our lease agreement as part of the Permit-Revision and also Public, here is the
rest of it. Also we had submitted three proposals, all signed, and I know they got them because
they were included with some labor bills and we were paid. The last proposal was hand
delivered by me because my printer nor the computer was still working and Ross wanted them,
so I took a hand written one of basically what the proposals said and I told Ross that.
Here is what the proposals said: This is a proposal to return all of the Morgan property back to
irrigated farm land like it was: As we all well know, the biggest expense in getting prime farm
ground prime again is what work a person wants to put into it. We would like to propose the
expense for the disking, plowing, rockpicking, leveling, cultipacking, or any other means of
working the soil, all of the equipment expense will be at No cost to WFC. I think that WFC has
always felt we leveled too long and rock picked too good, etc., which we feel is a must. The
labor hourly rate will be, of course, at what the going rate is at that time. We will also PROVIDE
ANOTHER 10 OR 12 shares of water if WFC thinks it is needed at NO CHARGE. The
irrigating will be at the going rate.
Another proposal Michael wanted was no operating expenses of the equipment and no charge for
the equipment, because we are going to do it right no matter what and WFC furnishes all the fuel
to do it with. The Mine will still provide the fertilizer per soil samples and seed but we will do
all the work and furnish the equipment to do it with. All production, of course, is ours at our
cost.
Thank you,
JoEllen Turner, Michael Morgan, and Frank and Mary Lou Morgan
Type of Seed: AV 120 or SS 120 Alfalfa
