The Division is required to make a proposed decision within 60 days of a bond release inspection. The Bear No. 3 bond
release inspection was on November 3, 2009. Therefore, the proposed decision is due on Monday, January 4, 2010.
Please e-mail a decision extension request. Perhaps for a couple of months or so. I never did this before for bond
releases because I didn't see it in the Rules until today. Thanks!
