• The Operator will keep on file, for inspection by the Division, records of its weed control
activities. The weed control records will document the location where weed control was
performed, the type of weed control employed, and the date when the weed control was
performed. As part of its annual reclamation report required under Rule 2.04.13, the
Operator will summarize its weed control activities for the year and include a map which
will show all areas where weed control was performed.
Measures for Determining Success of Revegetation
Because the area has been previously disturbed by past underground operations, the
success of reclamation at the planned surface facilities and portal entries will be
determined as explained in Section 4.15.10.
Reclamation Soil Testing Plan
• The operator will not perform any soil testing on the reclaimed site because amending
soils with nutrients tends to benefit noxious weeds more than the native vegetation.
P-- P. 8
4MKO VED
6 10
2.05 -42a 07/07
