The inspection was <br />conducted on 9- 29 -2Q09 and we received Notice of Deficiencies 10 -06 -2009. <br />Enclosed is a copy of the Legal Right of Entry we have used since March 31, 1987. This document is <br />signed by Mr. R.W. Moellenberg, Chairman of the Board of Yuma County Commissioners, not the <br />land owners. <br />We are currently seeking a new lease with the Mekelburg Family .Farms, L.L.C. which will contain the <br />legal Right of Entry. The new lease will also reflect the reduction in acreage to release the man- <br />made structures in the permitted area. To date, the Mekelburg family has not responded to our <br />query. <br />We would like to request an extension on the time limit to respond to the problems noted in our <br />inspection.
