lie within the following described real property, except
so much thereof as lies within Right of Way No. 2313,
Book 23, dated October 23, 1978 and granted to Routt

A parcel of land 150 feet in width, being 75 feet on
either side of the following described-centerline form

of 180 feet to Station 4, which is an intersection with
the West line of the Southeast One-Quarter of the
Southwest One-Quarter (SE ;SW ;) of Section 27 and the REAL
POINT OF BEGINNING of the following described centerline.
Beginning at Station 4, the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING,
thence North 16~ 22' East a distance of 209 feet to
Station 5, being a point 75 feet East of the center of
the Southwest One-Quarter (SW ;) of Section 27; thence
North a distance of 3475 feet to Station 6, a point 75
feet East and 485 feet South of the Northeast corner of
