<br />This Addendum and Supplemental Agreement is made this
<br />21st day of September 1979, between and among Alfred G.
<br />Heyde and Mary M. Heyde. (hereinafter "Heyde") and Adolph
<br />Coors Company, a Colorado corporation, with offices at Golden,
<br />Colorado (hereinafter "Coors"}, in consideration of t}ie terms,
<br />conditions and covenants set forth Herein.
