<br />Oakridge Energy, Inc., whose office is located at 4613 Jacksboro Highway, Wichita
<br />Falls, Texas 76301 (telephone (940) 322 -4772) has filed an application for a revision to a
<br />valid existing permit for the Carbon Junction Mine (permit C -92 -080) with the Colorado
<br />Division of Minerals and Geology. The subject of the application is the renewal of the
<br />existing mining and reclamation permit for another five year term. The legal description
<br />of the permit area is: a tract of land located within Section 33, Township 34 1 /2 North,
<br />Range 9 West and Section 33 of Township 35 North, Range 9 West of the Tenth
<br />Principal Meridian, La Plata County, Colorado and being more particularly described as
<br />follows:
