. The corporation is directed for its day to day activities by Sandra Pautsky, President and <br />Chairman of the Board. Sandra Pautsky has direct ownership or voting control of <br />71.30% of the company stock. The shares of common stock owned by Ms. Pautsky <br />include; (i) 842,791 shares owned by the Estate of Noel Pautsky, Deceased (the "Noel <br />Pautsky Estate "), of which Ms. Pautsky is the Independent Executrix, (ii) 700,000 shares <br />owned by the Noel Pautsky Trust, of which Ms. Pautsky is the trustee and one of four <br />beneficiaries and (iii) 908,247 shares owned by the Flem Noel Pautsky, Jr. Trust, of <br />which Ms. Pautsky is the Trustee. Ms. Pautsky disclaims any beneficial ownership of the <br />shares owned by the Noel Pautsky Estate and the Noel Pautsky Trust in excess of her <br />respective 25% beneficial interests therein. Ms. Pautsky also disclaims any beneficial <br />ownership of the shares owned by the Flem Noel Pautsky, Jr. Trust. The remaining stock <br />is owned by public shareholders, none of which own 10% or more of the stock. No other <br />persons have the authority to directly or indirectly determine the manner in which OEI <br />conducts surface mining activities. <br />Oakridge Energy, Inc. is the successor in name to Oakridge Exploration, Inc., the <br />successor by statutory merger to Pueblo Coal, Inc. Oakridge Exploration, Inc., the <br />original owner of Pueblo Coal, Inc., was indirectly involved in an Oklahoma coal <br />operation. In June 1978, Oakridge purchased portions of the Broken Arrow Mine No. 1 <br />operated by Marad Exploration (5800 East Skelly Drive, Tulsa, Oklahoma 73135). The <br />full reclamation and ownership of the property in Oklahoma was terminated more than <br />five years prior to filing this application. <br />After closure of the project, Oakridge completed the reclamation and attendant <br />obligations and obtained release of the $68,000 bond.
