( "Aggregate ") (January 2010 - <br />October 2010) <br />Dear Connie, <br />In accordance with the June 1999 agreement with Aggregate ,and the City of Greeley ( "Greeley"), Greeley <br />will provide augmentation water at the site. Greeley will make available to Aggregate wholly consumable <br />water that has been changed for augmentation use.
