4.3 IMPACT OF TRUCKS ON EXISTING TRAFFIC <br />A Traffic Impact report was conducted by LSC Transportation Consultants of <br />Denver in November of 2009. The study concludes that the Levels of Service at <br />intersections identified in Figure 5 above will remain the same with site generated <br />traffic after build out. The study indicates that based on the Colorado State <br />Highway Access Code, a left turn deceleration lane is warranted at the access. <br />4.4 PLANS FOR DISPOSAL/STORAGE OF OVERBURDEN, WASTE <br />MATERIALS OR RUBBLE <br />Overburden will be stored along the south and west pit boundaries and graded to <br />create screening berms. All other materials excavated from the site will be used <br />for construction materials and will not produce waste. <br />4.5 FREQUENCY OF BLASTING <br />No blasting will occur. <br />Stroh Pit USR Application <br />Page 7 of 23 <br />
