However, page 8 of the cover letter states that only pages 4, 11 and 13 of Volume IX were <br />enclosed. Pages 1, 3 and 14 were not included in the submittal. I was just going to use pages 1, 3 and 14 from the August <br />10, 2009 submittal but there seems to be a problem with continuity between the October 1 page 13 and the August 10 <br />page 14. Could you please check this out.
