Ground water monitoring well(s) TC-03-OlEast (R) and TC-03-01
Upper (B) are located on this pad. Permit application page 2.05-83 shows that these two wells
monitor the Rollins Sandstone and the Upper B Seam respectively. One question is whether the
proposed Terror Creek vent shaft might interfere with the monitoring wells' performances.
The TR-66 submittal was called complete on December 22. Therefore, the Division's adequacy
review letter due date is Thursday, January 21, 2010. I would appreciate getting your adequacy
review memo back by Tuesday, January 19.
A complete copy of the TR-66 submittal has been scanned as "revised pages" under TR-66. If
you need any additional information, please let me know. Thanks for your help.
cc: Sandy Brown
c:/word2007/bowie2/tr66memo2
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver - Grand Junction - Durango Active and Inactive Mines
