This outfall flowed the first three weeks of the period. <br />No other outfalls flowed during the period. No exceedances were noted. <br />The following certification is provided to verify that that the following the outfalls, did not discharge. These include Outfalls <br />002A (Pond T), 004A (Pond C), 005A/MON5/005W (all Pond D) 006A (Pond E), 007A,007W,and MON 7 (note all are site <br />Pond F), and 008A (Pond G).
