A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DRMS imaging CD <br />the first time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. <br />2. The CD or DVD that you purchase =19 be in the & A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. <br />3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files on you cmnputer that <br />will handle single and nmld-page documents: On a windows XP computer, die default viewing programs are called "Windows PLUM <br />and Fax Viewer" or'Taint" and they do not work with QuiekView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre - Windows XP conapubets <br />does work. DRMS has determined that a program called "HmView ", which can be downloaded from hfanView.com, does work with <br />QuickView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be cenf�g;ed as your default .tif viewer. DRMS does not support or endorse <br />this software and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as <br />"Imaging Preview" and "%raging for Windows ". <br />Instructi <br />1. Insert the CD into your computer. <br />2. Allow time for the CD to install. <br />3. Eject the CD from the computer. <br />4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. <br />5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. <br />NOTE: A program ealW QuickView Autorun, which runs the QuickView <br />setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autoiim program <br />does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program, <br />Instructions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request <br />with the CD or can be viewed at www.minina.state.co.us. <br />The Permit File document Images can be viewed V the reception area of the DBMS otHce or they.ean be purchased on a CD or DVD. <br />The CD/DVD purchase cost covers the time and labor of maldag the CD.
