Box 430, Nucla, CO. 81424, 970 -417 -6099, has filed an application for a Limited Impact (I 10d) Designated Mining Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. The proposed mine is known as the J -Bird, and is located at or near Section 13, Township 47N, Range 20W, 10th Prime Meridian. The proposed date of commencement is Spring, 2010, and the proposed date of completion is Fall, 2025. The proposed future use of the land is Rangeland.
