(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M- 9007 -nit <br />INSPECTION DATE: 19/7 /119 INSPECTOREIS INITIALS: —RK <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />The Division conducted a monthly monitoring inspection of the site on 12/7/09. The area <br />had received several inches of snow the night before and with additional flakes <br />forecasted for the afternoon. Present during the inspection was Mr. Mark Vanoni of CC &V. <br />Inspected the valley leach facility as stated it was covered with snow, pad was active at <br />the time of the inspection. <br />While in the area, collected the following readings from the high and low volume solution <br />collection transducers for Phase I, II,III and IV pregnant ponds. <br />Phase I high volume transducer # 1 was recorded at 39.7 #2 was at 42.7 and # 3 was at <br />44.8. Low Volume transducer # 1 was recorded at .39 and # 2 was at .43. Piezometer for <br />the pond was recorded at 57.2 feet. <br />Phase II & III high volume solution collection transducer # 4 was recorded at 44.5, # 5 <br />was at 41.8 and # 6 was at 44.1. Low volume solution collection transducer # 1 was at .51 <br />and # 2 was at.42.Piezometer for the pond was recorded at 44.0 feet. <br />Phase IV High Volume Solution Collection transducer # 7 was recorded at 30.6 # 8 was at <br />30.7 # 9 was at 31.8 and # 10 (pipe) was at 30.8. Low volume solution collection <br />transducer # 1 was at 13.4 and # 2 was at 10.2 inches of hydrostatic head. <br />Inspected the External pond, it was holding a partially frozen water. Low volume solution <br />collection transducer # 1 was recorded at.39 and # 2 was at .43. <br />Inspected the under drain area, all lower ponds were covered with snow, but were not <br />holding any measurable frozen water. Walked to AG.1,5 it was dry. Both the south under <br />drain and 4 inch pipe (AG -1) were discharging at the time of the inspection. <br />I & E Contact Address <br />cc: r CE <br />NAME: MR.
