PUBLIC NOTICE
Venture Resources, Inc., PO Box 1974, Idaho Springs, CO 80452, 303 - 619 -6323, has filed an application for a
Limited Impact (I IOd) Designated Mining Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board
under provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. The proposed mine is known as the Hukill Gulch
Millsite, and is located at or near Section 26, Township 3S, Range 73W, 6 Prime Meridian.
The proposed date of commencement is January 1, 2010 and the proposed date of completion is November 1, 2034.
The proposed future use of the land is rangeland.

Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866 -3567, or at the Clear Creek County
Clerk and Recorder's Office, PO Box 2000, 405 Argentine St., Georgetown, CO 80444, or the above -named
applicant.
Comments must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety by 4:00 p.m..
on December 28' 2009.
